Yes, completely. Flashing alternative operating systems onto devices you own is entirely legal in the UK and EU. GrapheneOS is open-source software, and modifying your own device does not violate any laws.
Each device is set up by hand before shipping. Please allow 3–5 working days from the time of purchase. You'll receive a tracking number once your device is dispatched.
We test every device before dispatch and grade it accurately. We only accept returns if the device has a hardware fault that prevents it from functioning as described — if this happens, contact us within 14 days and we will arrange a return and refund. We do not accept change-of-mind returns.
