Privacy Policy for OHMPS
Last Updated: July 2026 We sell privacy. We practise it too. This Privacy Policy explains clearly and honestly what personal data Ohm Privacy Solutions collects, why we collect it, how we use it, and your rights as a UK resident under UK GDPR. We do not sell your data. We do not use advertising trackers. We collect only what is necessary to serve you. If you have any questions, contact us at ohm-privacysolutions@protonmail.com. 1. Who We Are Ohm Privacy Solutions (OHMPS) is a UK-based business. We sell the Complete Guide to de-Googling your phone, remote GrapheneOS installation and other 1-on-1 sessions, and — by arrangement only — de-Googled Pixel phones that we source and configure to order. Data controller: Ohm Privacy Solutions Contact: ohm-privacysolutions@protonmail.com Website: https://ohm-privacysolutions.com 2. What I collect and why If you email me or use the contact form: your name, email address, and whatever you tell me. I use it to answer you. I keep enquiry emails so I have a record of what was agreed. If you join the mailing list: your email address, held by Resend, the service I use to send email. You can unsubscribe from any email and I delete you from the list. If you book a session: your name, email, and booking details, held by Cal.com (the scheduling service I use to take bookings and payment). Sessions are not recorded. If you buy the Complete Guide: the purchase is processed by Stripe, who act as merchant of record. Stripe handles your payment details — I never see or store your card information. I receive your email address so I can send you the guide and any updates. If I source a phone for you: your delivery address, and a record of the device including its IMEI, its condition, and photographs taken before dispatch. I keep this so that both of us have a record if there is ever a dispute. I keep it for 2 years after the sale. This website: I use Vercel Analytics, a privacy-respecting analytics tool, to understand how visitors use this site. It does not use cookies, does not track you across websites, and does not collect personally identifiable information — it provides aggregate data only, such as page views and traffic sources. I also use Google Search Console, which shows me aggregate data about how this site appears in Google Search results (like which search terms lead here) — it does not track individual visitors on this site. 3. What I do not do I do not sell your data. I do not share it with advertisers. I do not run advertising trackers on this site. I do not build a profile of you. 4. Your rights You can ask me what I hold about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. Email ohm-privacysolutions@protonmail.com and I will respond within 30 days. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk if you believe your data has been handled unlawfully. 5. Cookies We use only essential cookies required for the website to function correctly. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. Vercel Analytics operates without cookies entirely. You can control or disable cookies at any time through your browser settings. 6. Data Security We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, loss, or misuse. Data in transit is encrypted using HTTPS. We do not store payment card details. No method of internet transmission is entirely risk-free, but we take this responsibility seriously. 7. Children's Privacy Our website and services are not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided their data to us, contact us and we will delete it promptly. 8. Links to Other Sites Our website may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites and encourage you to read their privacy policies before sharing any personal data. 9. Updates to This Policy We may update this policy from time to time. Where changes are significant, we will notify customers who have an active order, session, or purchase with us by email. The current version will always be available at https://ohm-privacysolutions.com/privacy-policy. 10. Governing Law This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of England and Wales and complies with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. For any questions about this policy, contact us at ohm-privacysolutions@protonmail.com. OHMPS — Own Your Data, Own Your Freedom.
