Terms and Conditions for OHMPS
Last Updated: July 2026 Welcome to Ohm Privacy Solutions (OHMPS). We believe privacy is a right, not a luxury. These Terms govern your relationship with us when you use our website, buy the Complete Guide, book a session, or ask us to source and configure a device. By doing any of these, you agree to these Terms. 1. What I sell Digital products (the Complete Guide), services (remote installation, data migration, privacy advice), and — by arrangement only — physical devices that I source and configure to order. 2. Digital products The Complete Guide is sold as a digital product. Payment is processed by Stripe, who act as merchant of record for these sales. Access is granted immediately on purchase and includes future updates. Refunds on digital products are handled in line with Stripe's policies and applicable consumer law. 3. Services Sessions are booked in advance and paid at the time of booking. If you need to reschedule, give me at least 24 hours' notice and there is no charge. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice may not be refundable. If I have to cancel, you get a full refund or a new slot, whichever you prefer. During a remote installation session I guide you while you operate your own device. You remain responsible for your device and your data. I will always tell you before any step that erases data, and I will not proceed until you confirm you have a backup. 4. Devices Phones are sourced and configured to order, quoted individually, and covered by the Returns policy (https://ohm-privacysolutions.com/returns). 5. Limits I will tell you honestly what will and will not work before you buy — see What doesn't work (https://ohm-privacysolutions.com/what-doesnt-work). Nothing here limits your statutory rights. 6. Ordering By booking a session, buying the guide, or asking me to source a device, you confirm that: - You are at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian. - The information you provide is accurate and complete. - You understand the nature of what you are buying — a digital product, a service delivered over a call, or a modified device running alternative software. Where a price has been agreed for a device, that is the price you pay, regardless of later changes. 7. Manufacturer Warranty Installing GrapheneOS voids the original manufacturer's warranty on a device. By asking me to source or configure one, you acknowledge and accept this. OHMPS provides its own quality assurance and will address any hardware issues as described in the Returns policy. 8. Your Data and Privacy We collect only the personal data necessary to deliver what you have bought or asked about — including your name, email address, and, where relevant, delivery address and payment information. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. We process data in accordance with UK GDPR. Cookies and Analytics We use cookies and privacy-respecting analytics tools to understand how visitors use our website and improve their experience. We do not use invasive tracking or advertising cookies. 10. Intellectual Property All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and branding — is the property of Ohm Privacy Solutions. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without prior written permission. 11. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, OHMPS's liability for any claim arising from a purchase is limited to the value of that purchase. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under UK law. 12. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of England and Wales. 13. Changes to These Terms We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify customers who have an active order, session, or purchase with us by email.
