Terms and Conditions for OHMPS
Last Updated: May 21, 2026 Welcome to Ohm Privacy Solutions (OHMPS). We believe privacy is a right, not a luxury. Every device we sell is prepared by hand — sourced, modified, configured, and tested before it reaches you. These Terms govern your relationship with us when you use our website or purchase from us. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms. 1. About OHMPS Ohm Privacy Solutions is a UK-based business that sells privacy-first hardware: De-Googled smartphones running GrapheneOS and De-Amazoned Kindle e-readers. We also offer personalised 1-on-1 Privacy Sessions at £45/hour. 2. Our Products Each device we sell has been individually modified from its factory state: - Smartphones are installed with GrapheneOS, a hardened, open-source operating system that replaces the default Android build and removes all Google services and tracking. - Kindles are de-Amazoned — Amazon's tracking software, account requirements, and advertising are fully removed, giving you an open, unrestricted reading device. These modifications are what you are purchasing. Because each device is individually prepared and configured to order, our products qualify as bespoke/customised goods under UK law. 3. Ordering By placing an order with OHMPS, you confirm that: - You are at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian. - The information you provide is accurate and complete. - You understand the nature of the product — a modified device running alternative software. All prices are listed in GBP and include free shipping within the UK. Prices are subject to change, but the price shown at the time of your order is the price you pay. 4. Shipping We aim to dispatch all orders within 3–5 working days of payment confirmation. You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped. We use third-party courier services — once a device has been dispatched, we are not responsible for delays or issues caused by the courier. If a parcel is lost in transit, contact us and we will work with the courier to resolve it. 5. Returns and Refunds We test every device thoroughly before dispatch. Because our devices are individually configured and customised to order, they are exempt from the standard 14-day cooling-off period under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 as bespoke goods. We will accept a return and provide a full refund if: - The device has a hardware fault that prevents it from functioning as described, reported within 14 days of delivery. - The device you received is materially different from what you ordered. We do not accept returns for change of mind, buyer's remorse, or issues caused by incompatibility with third-party apps or services. To report a fault, contact us at ohm-privacysolutions@protonmail.com within 14 days of receiving your device. We will respond within 2 business days and arrange a return and refund where appropriate. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected by these Terms. 6. Manufacturer Warranty Installing GrapheneOS or removing Amazon software voids the original manufacturer's warranty on the device. By purchasing from OHMPS, you acknowledge and accept this. OHMPS provides our own quality assurance — we stand behind every device we ship and will address any hardware issues as described in Section 5. 7. 1-on-1 Privacy Sessions OHMPS offers personalised 1-on-1 Privacy Sessions at £45/hour. Sessions are booked in advance and confirmed by Marco via email, along with payment details. OHMPS reserves the right to reschedule or decline session requests at its discretion. Sessions are non-refundable once confirmed, except where cancelled by OHMPS. 8. Your Data and Privacy We collect only the personal data necessary to process your order — including your name, email address, delivery address, and payment information. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. We process data in accordance with UK GDPR. For full details, please see our Privacy Policy at https://ohm-privacysolutions.com/privacy-policy. 9. Cookies and Analytics We use cookies and privacy-respecting analytics tools to understand how visitors use our website and improve their experience. We do not use invasive tracking or advertising cookies. 10. Intellectual Property All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and branding — is the property of Ohm Privacy Solutions. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without prior written permission. 11. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, OHMPS's liability for any claim arising from your purchase is limited to the value of the order placed. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under UK law. 12. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of England and Wales. 13. Changes to These Terms We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify customers who have placed an order with us by email. The current version will always be available at https://ohm-privacysolutions.com/tos. For any questions, contact us at ohm-privacysolutions@protonmail.com. OHMPS — Own Your Data, Own Your Freedom.
