Terms and Conditions for OHMPS
Last Updated: July 2026 Welcome to Ohm Privacy Solutions (OHMPS). These Terms govern your relationship with me when you use my website, buy Take Back Your Phone, book a session, or ask me to source and configure a device. By doing any of these, you agree to these Terms. 1. What I sell Digital products (Take Back Your Phone), services (remote installation, data migration, privacy advice), and physical devices that I source and configure to order (by arrangement only). 2. Digital products Take Back Your Phone is sold as a digital product. Payment is processed by Stripe, who act as merchant of record for these sales. Access is granted immediately on purchase and includes free updates to this edition. Refunds for the guide are covered by the 30-day promise on the Returns page (https://ohm-privacysolutions.com/returns). 3. Services Sessions are booked in advance and paid at the time of booking. If you need to reschedule, give me at least 24 hours' notice and there is no charge. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice may not be refundable. If I have to cancel, you get a full refund or a new slot, whichever you prefer. During a remote installation session I guide you while you operate your own device. You remain responsible for your device and your data. I will tell you before any step that is expected to erase data, and I will not proceed until you confirm you have a backup. 4. Devices Phones are sourced and configured to order, quoted individually, and covered by the Returns policy (https://ohm-privacysolutions.com/returns). 5. Limits See What will change (https://ohm-privacysolutions.com/#what-doesnt-work) for a full list of known limitations. Nothing here limits your statutory rights. 6. Ordering By booking a session, buying the guide, or asking me to source a device, you confirm that: - You are at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian. - The information you provide is accurate and complete. - You understand the nature of what you are buying — a digital product, a service delivered over a call, or a modified device running alternative software. Where a price has been agreed for a device, that is the price you pay, regardless of later changes. 7. Manufacturer Warranty Installing GrapheneOS voids the original manufacturer's warranty on a device. By asking me to source or configure one, you acknowledge and accept this. I will address any hardware issues as described in the Returns policy. 8. Your Data and Privacy I collect and use your personal data as described in my Privacy Policy at https://ohm-privacysolutions.com/privacy-policy, including how I handle cookies and analytics. 9. Intellectual Property All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and branding, is the property of Ohm Privacy Solutions. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use my content without prior written permission. Take Back Your Phone is licensed to a single purchaser for personal use. You may print one copy for your own reference. Please do not resell, redistribute or republish it, in whole or in part, without written permission. 10. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, my liability for any claim arising from a purchase is limited to the value of that purchase. I am not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms limits my liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under UK law. 11. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of England and Wales. 12. Changes to These Terms I may update these Terms from time to time. If I make significant changes, I will notify customers who have an active order, session, or purchase with me by email.
